GUYS HELP!!!

i have KingCom Km423, i have problem on the video format on this device. ive tried many MTV converters that i search through google, none of them are readable.. i download a tool (MTV Video Converter 1.12.11.3) that i found on on this site but my player says: "FILE VER: 003 VER. NOT SUPPORTED"...

help me please:(:(:(:(:(
